The time needed for new construction is based on the site and the design. A basic estimate is 6 to 12 months.

The goal for Echo Construction is to be consistently on time and on budget. We stay within the parameters of the budget that is set. During your consultation we will deliberate and decide on your budget.

 

How long have you been a carpenter?
 

Echo Point Construction is owned and operated by Dan Johnson who has been working as a carpenter since 1972. Dan is the Head Supervisor, Lead Carpenter and Contractor for Echo Point Construction.

Do you work in the winter?

Yes, we do work in the winter months. By the time you are roofing and sealing, the house has dried out from any rain.
